Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating recruitment and marketing activities.

- Update the careers page and social media accounts with multimedia, posts and employees and clients’ testimonials. Help in develop content that illustrates our life at work (for example, blog posts, videos and infographics)
- Assist in identifying and promoting the top reasons why employers stay with our company to attract potential candidates.
- Help in crafting job descriptions and person specifications that describe our benefits and company culture.
- Share job ads on various online channels (job boards, social media groups, professional communities) etc.
- Organise and participate in job fairs, Networking events and other career events.
- Carry out any other duties relevant to the job role.

- To ensure the food preparation and presentation meets the required standards
- To keep all working areas clean and tidy

- To monitor portion control, fresh food and dry store orders
- To run a section within the kitchen.

Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience at a Chef de Partie level
- Experience cooking with fresh produce to a high standard
- Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn and progress
- NVQ or City & Guilds Chef qualifications are required
- Excellent communication skills.
Ideal Candidate
- Flexible to travel to different locations
- Previous experience working as a Chef in a busy kitchen environment, to Commis Chef, Chef de Partie, Sous Chef or Head Chef level is ideal for this role.
- You will have a current Level 2 Food and Hygiene Certificate, dated within the last 3 years.
